Sera Miller and Amelia Torode bring 20 years of strategic and creative experience in the UK and US, for brands such as London 2012, O2, Airbnb, Lloyds Banking Group and SSE.

Sera is a serial entrepreneur, bringing a world class strategic approach rooted in business case and effectiveness. A former Drum Marketer of the Year, Sera founded and ran her own agency group for 14 years which saw it win Best Small Place to Work in the UK. She also brings new academic thinking from her MBA course at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, where she is currently a visiting Faculty member. She teaches on regularly on the Cannes Creative Leaders Programme, and in a new role she now co-chairs the IPA’s prestigious Excellence Diploma, along with Amelia.

Amelia is one of the UK’s most influential strategic planners. Campaign Magazine named her “Planner of the Year” she’s given Tedx Talks on the neuroscience of branding and was invited to be part of the Wharton Business School “Future of Advertising” project. She is a keen writer and speaker, having written on marketing and culture for publications such as the FT, The Independent and Mail on Sunday and is a regular on BBC Radio London. She has worked for companies including WPP, OgilvyInteractive, Naked Communications, VCCP and most recently Chief Strategy Officer at TBWA\London.
