The Fawnbrake Collective featured in number 1 Sunday Times Business best-seller The Squiggly Career

We were delighted to see that The Squiggly Career is the Sunday Times’ number 1 business book in the UK. Written by Helen Tupper and Sarah Ellis this book is a treasure trove of practical advice and inspiring stories, a manual of 21st century working, it opens up career options and provides ideas for navigating this new world of work.

Helen and Sarah talked to Amelia as they were writing the book, and nestled between Justin King and Will Butler-Adams is her advice: “No one cares as much about your career as you.” In fact this was actually advice that Amelia got from her mentor Jeremy Bullmore back in 1997, but it’s advice that she has taken to heart. It sounds tough, but we stand by it. The responsibility to manage your own career is always your own, never other people’s.

If you haven’t bought a copy of the book, it's a Fawnbrake top tip!
