Our System

StratHack® projects have included:
>> Brand Strategy, including Value Propositions and positioning frameworks
>> Company Vision and Mission Setting
>> Corporate Narratives and stakeholder engagement
>> Brand Personality, Tone of Voice and Brand Lexicon
>> Launch strategy, including fundraising advice
>> Logo and visual Identity

At the heart of each project is the StratHack® which can be delivered face to face, remote or hybrid. The largest StratHack® we have delivered had 85 people in, over 3 days, entirely via Zoom. The smallest was 2 Founders. They are designed fit for purpose.

Fawnbrake are also experts in Board level facilitation, AGM design and Senior Away Days.

Amelia is available as a conference Speaker or trainer, and as a guest commentator for podcasts, radio and television.

Please get in touch to discuss any of these in more detail.

The Fawnbrake Process

We have a very simple 4 phase process, built on the combined fundamentals of the Lean Movement, Design Thinking and Agile. Our adaptation and integration of these schools of thought is explored in each of the 4 sections below.

This is a discovery and understanding phase built around the customer/end user and context of the business or brand.

We often deliver this through a series of ethnographic and observation studies, stakeholder interviews and market analysis. We generate a series of Headlines + Provocations which feed into the HACK phase and the design of the StratHack.

A StratHack is the Fawnbrake methodology for developing strategic and creative prototypes at speed.

Collaborative, intensive and hands-on, StratHacks gather diverse sets of internal stakeholders and external experts to work through a customised series of strategy and ideation sprints.

Outputs include brand purpose & positioning, business innovation & growth mapping, tone of behaviour and experience design, communications architecture.

This is a longer project based phase using the thinking and prototypes from the StratHack.

This iterative stage focuses on more detailed executional deliverables, either working directly with client teams or expert partners. Translating ideas into actions through a test and learn process, this phase is driven by accountability, prioritisation and building out against a plan.

Outputs include copy writing and narrative mapping, brand world, visual identity and experience design.

This final phase focuses on translating outputs into outcomes and embedding actions into organisational cultures.

Focused on induction, training and knowledge transfer, this stage centres on making strategy work in the real world, delivered through a series of internal connection points and workshops, designed to ensure that strategy thrives internally.
