Problem

The Excellence Diploma had reached its 10 year anniversary and was in need of a fresh strategic approach better suited to the changing needs of talent and the latest thinking in terms of brand development.

Approach

  • Using the latest in educational and learning best practices, the Diploma aims to move from “Chalk & Talk” to deliver “Flipped Classroom” modules

  • Partnered with industry leaders from the UK and beyond to develop a truly 21st century Faculty base including journalists, economists and sustainability thought leaders

  • Developed a Slack (an app-based collaboration hub) platform with Book Groups and guided discussions happening virtually

Deliverables

Intensive 10 month long course (“MBA of Brands”) with 3 Modules - Level Set, Skill Set and Mind Set.
